Entered the insurance business with Southland Life in 1964. Excelled in

Formed the Allen Agency in 1993 specialized in employee benefits
and retirement planning. Mr. Allen is well known for his personal

Joan Barnes; Associate
Joan Barnes has over 15 experience in Financial Services. Prior to entering Financial and Retirement Planning she spent a number of years in Mortgage Banking as a manager and underwriter.
